Appointment of Chair-Resolved Cllr Warren Fisher as Chairman of the Committee for the year 2021/22 Proposed by Cllr Hilary Southern, Seconded by Cllr Kelly.

Appointment of Vice Chair- Proposed by Cllr Fisher, appointment of Vice Chair to be deferred to the next meeting, Seconded by Cllr Southern- All in Favour

Apologies- Cllr S Curtis, Cllr A Curtis, Cllr Haddon, Cllr Cornfield

Declarations of Interest- None

Terms of Reference- All in favour with amendment to be agreed at the next full council meeting.

Budget- £3000.00

Clubmate Update-New App being developed will cut costs by ridding the use of Cards.

Water Quality Improvement-Daniels Pool, Environment Agency to test and diagnose water quality and advise on test equipment.

Fishing Pegs—to be addressed and upgraded depending on remainder of budget after water quality improvements. Long term plan is to make the pools more accessible.

BDAA Grant/Angling Trust Membership-A Project application to the BDAA for 2x Disability Pegs to include a Tarmac path from the carpark. Awaiting the outcome.

Bins- Cllr Steel proposed that the Committee recommend to Full Council the purchase of three new bins immediately at a cost of £180.00 per bin. (Not from pools budget) Seconded by Cllr Kelly-All in Favour.

Bailiffs-The Pools is Currently running on one Bailiff. Council to consider the Vacancies.

LNR- Ongoing discussions with County Council who have applied for LNR status on our behalf following the Parish Council’s management plan. Additional costs for surveys etc are included in the long-term plan.

Severn Trent Land- In discussions with Severn Trent as part of their safe environment initiative regarding the nuisance growth of Himalayan balsam and Japanese knot weed, waiting for input.

Pools Closure Fishing 28th August- Suggested that Fishing is suspended & cordoned off for four hours between 12pm and 4pm on 28th August for picnic in the Pools. To be put on next Full Council Agenda for agreement by Full Council.

Dogs on Leads 28th August 2021 -Suggested that dog owners refrain from allowing dogs off the leads between 12pm and 4pm on the 28th August for picnic in the Pools. To be put on next Full Council Agenda for agreement by Full Council.
