Pools Sub-Committee Meeting Minutes held Monday the 21st of November 2022 in the Council Chamber at 6pm.

Public Participation – None

Agenda

  1. Apologies-None
  2. Declarations of Interest-None
  3. Minutes of the last meeting Proposed by Bob, Seconded by James- All in Favour.
  4. Matters Arising- Overgrowth in general was mentioned however, the responsibility lies with the County Council.
  5. Disabled Fishing Pegs– The Chairman thanked all the Volunteers that were involved with restoration of the fishing pegs, the Bailiffs mentioned that the Fishermen were delighted with the results.
  6. Materials- Deferred- Stay on the Agenda.
  7. Budgeted Funds (breakdown)- Proper Breakdown of the Pools Budget was requested.
  8. Permit Sales- The Bailiffs asked how many permits have been sold the Clerk will get figures for the next meeting.
  9. Removing Dangerous Concrete Peg- Clerk to send pictures to County Council.
  10. Path from Entrance to Pools- Responsibility of the County Council.
  11. Watts App Page- Thanks to Bob for Creating the new Pools watts app group.

  1. Leaf Blower. The Pools Volunteers thanked the Parish Council for the use of their Leaf Blower.
  2. Date of the next meeting- 16TH of January 2023.
  3. Closure 6.56 pm.
