Pools Sub-Committee held Monday the 4th of September 2023 in the Council Chamber at 6.30 pm.
Public Participation – None
Minutes
1. Apologies- none
2. Declarations of Interest- none
3. Minutes of the last meeting – Proposed by Chris Steel, Seconded by Graham, all in favour.
4. Matters Arising- Follow up BG Grounds reference trimming the paths and Hedges.
5. New Fish Stock- Awaiting confirmation from the FHI, following re registration.
6. Fishing Pegs- Update- It was suggested that as a trial Council should look at a Plastic fishing peg, with possible grant funding- AN to make necessary enquiries.
7. Motorbike Security- District Councillor WF, to approach County Council regarding Bike Security.
8.Signage No Motorbikes- No Fires- the Clerk was asked to get 2 signs for each.
9. Bailiffs Report- Regular water testing shows that oxygen levels are fluctuating however, not significant enough to cause concern, The bailiff also mentioned that a sleeper on the bridge by the overflow is rotting and needs attention from County Council.
