ESSINGTON COMMUNITY CENTRE
1. EGH had put together a Service Letter Agreement modifying his current maintenance working arrangement at the ECC.
It was agreed by the Council it was not suitable and we would put together a counter proposal.
1. Defibrillators: No action at present, add to budget over next 3 years.
2. Miners Monument: Planning application had gone along with payment to SSDC. Looks promising to be approved. FOE would probably start foundation in March 2024
3. Tree Maintenance High Hill Green Area Ash Die Back.2Quotes Received.
Green Co £4375 + vat
Wolverhampton Tree Services £4250 + vat
AN to contact both companies to see if quotation still stands and if they will take wood chip to pools. Attendees Agreed
1. 1911Cafe new door lock suite including push bar for the rear door to be fitted £370+vat Approved.
2. It was prop JP Sec WF & agreed BG Grounds to flail overgrown edges around tarmac path (2MT) at pools. For £750 They would hire a tractor & Flail. After discussion it was agreed similar problem at Broad Lane Playing Field. CS agreed to contact BG if he could include in price. We must consider upping the overall green area maintenance budget. Question asked who is cutting the village green? CS to investigate.
3. Christmas Light Church: Price received from MD Installations to make safe the Electrical connections, remove lights and clean replacing using a cherry picker. Refer to their quotation. Q4041. £2810 + vat It was also agreed by members that we purchase extra stands taking approved cost up to £3000. AN to sort date and advise the Vicar what we are doing.
4. POSTS & 2 SIDS ratified what is current status?
5. Bellway 106 Monies £3489.28. It was prop JP Sec GK and approved to use the money to tarmac at the pools path from Car Park to bridge.
6. Land Titles resend google earth picture to solicitors. Who?
7. Community Celebrations event at Church 4th to be noted.

l)To discuss at future meeting individual awards for community persons activity.
1. Chill out Club meeting with EPC Councillors was agreed COC would pay £45 and Bushbury Trust £45 for the use of the CC facilities.
6) Medical Centre will be going out to tender
7) Broad Lane Benches KM to discuss with Louise
8) Westcroft: Notice Board Return CS has leafleted residents
9) Pools: Still no licence in place. Park Manager has left.
10) Swan Park: Dog Signs Gone Up? Extra Play or Exercise equipment to be purchased. Further discussion to be had.
