Points Discussed

Fire alarm testing once a week should be being done. HS to add to Rob’s job list. GK has been in touch with Chris Dodd he will help if needed.

When was the fire extinguishers last tested? Can the Clerk please check and arrange for them to be done if needed.

New windows for 1911 kitchen needed urgently. Style to be inline with sash look alike. GK checking with Pyramid and also getting a fitting price.

Tree survey at CC, AN Contacted Street Scene Andy Aston. The tree officer has left, and SS are trying to find a replacement. AN trying to find an alternative arb association approved contractor.

CC new Security door locking system required. 2 quotes previously obtained by WF. It was suggested we need a 3rd quotation. AN has passed Shropshire Lock & Key details to WF.

CCTV was a priority.1 quotation received from GRJ. Additional quote required GK trying to find alternative supplier.

Emergency & Security Doors Spec sent to;

DP Main Builders Expected Quote Friday 2nd still hoping !!!!!

Shropshire Lock Quoted £8.3K for Corridor (PVC door and ramp) and Chemist option 2 (Included a Lathams Steel door)

Additional Cost required for Chemist, Move 2 wall mounted security boxes, Move Fire break glass alarm box, Move Security alarm

This work hopefully being done by original fitters.

AN Continues to pursue.

Esthers Wardrobe; Heaters required supplied and fitted (in-line with AMS quote dated 24th May) Could the Clerk please put on Parish Council meeting agenda to be approved.

Work to be added to Rob’s job list HS to pursue please,

Main Hall Chairs, Tables & trolleys to be deep cleaned checking for any defects.

Chair / tables store you to be cleaned or maybe painted.

In the tunnel passage walkway cubby hole to be cleaned out.

We plan as a committee to meet and walk the CC to recognise inside and outside concerns that need addressing. AN to arrange.

All waste containers to be in the bin store. Do we recycle?
