Present: Cllrs Chris Steel, Hilary Southern, Adrian Nicklin, Gill Kelly, James Parker, Ken Moseley.

  1. Minutes from the last meeting 15th of May 2023.- Proposed by Gill, seconded by Adrian, all in favour that the minutes were an accurate record.

6.1 Schedule of Payments- June 2023- List of payments was received and approved Proposed by Hilary Seconded by Ken, all in favour. to include payment to SJH for internet cabling and TV in the Chamber following quotes received and discussed at the Management meeting held on the 22nd of May. Proposed by Chris Seconded by Ade, all in favour.

6.2 Income and Expenditure Report- May 2023- Proposed by James, Seconded by Hilary, all in favour.

  1. Internal Audit Report. Councillors received and noted the Internal Auditors report which was concluded for the year ended the 31st of March 2023 with no qualification.

The AGAR was received and accepted, Proposed by Gill, Seconded by Ken, all in favour.

 

  1. Assistant Clerk- Proposed by James, seconded by Adrian, all in favour that a post should be created and suggested that it should be that of Admin Assistant rather than clerk, deferred to the Personnel Committee to discuss job specification.

 

  1. Election Claim Forms. The Clerk to follow up request for the link from Elections for the appropriate forms.
