Full Parish Council Meeting held on Monday the 12^th of December 2022 at 7pm in the Council Chamber.

2. Declarations of Interest- None
3. Minutes of the meeting held on Monday the 14^th of November 2022-Proposed by Gill, Seconded by Adrian, All in Favour.
4. Matters arising from previous minutes-None
5. District Councillors Report- Councillors discussed changes to Planning following a Statement made by Michael Gove earlier this Month, which our District Councillor’s will discuss at District level at the Planning Committee Meeting on Tuesday the 20^th of December.
6. Financial Matters

6.1        Schedule of Payments- December 2022- Proposed by Chris, Seconded by Ken, All in Favour.

6.2        Income and Expenditure Reports- November 2022- The Income and Expenditure report for November was approved.

6.3        Bank Reconciliation- November 2022- The Bank Reconciliation for November was approved.

6.4        Ratify Bailiff Honorariums £500.00 each- Proposed by James, Seconded by Steve- All in Favour.

6.5        Ratify Broad Lane Gate Key Holder Honorarium £200.00 – Proposed by Susan, Seconded by Ken, All- in Favour

6.6      Ratify Cost for replacement Hall window Quote 1 £1420.83 Plus VAT Quote 2 £1054.00 Plus VAT- Councillors considered both Quotes and agreed to accept quotation 2 £1054.00 from Bushbury Glass- Proposed by Adrian, Seconded by Susan, All in Favour.

6.7      Agreement to use monies of £12,486.23 for purposes stated in section 106 at Swan Park relating to land at Hobnock Road Essington. Councillors noted that the 106 Monies have now in place and will be paid following the Pc’s agreement of the terms outlined in the 106 agreements.

6.8       Financial Regs Section 11, Contracts, Item H, from limit of £100-£500. Councillors agreed that the £100 limit should increase to £500.

7            Warm Spaces- more information and guidance is needed- Deferred

8            Civic Sunday arrangements- A meeting has been arranged for Wednesday the 14^th of December to discuss the final arrangements, Invites and Numbers.

9. Speed Awareness- Following a recent Public Meeting with Councillors and members of the Community, 15 volunteers are signed up to operate the SIDS device in and around the Parish which is hoped following training to start around March time.
10. Climate Change– It was suggested that quotes should perhaps be obtained for Solar Panels to be erected to the most expensive usage area of the CC- Deferred to the next meeting.
