1) Apologies- Joy Markiewicz
2) Declarations of Interest- James Parker, Item 4 on the agenda -Schedule of Payments.
3) Minutes of the last meeting the 11th of November 2024- Proposed by Ken, seconded by James, all in favour that the minutes were a true and accurate record.
4) Schedule of Payments – January 2025- Proposed by Chris, seconded by Hilary, all in favour to be recommended to full Council for ratification.
5) Income and Expenditure report – November/December 2024- Proposed by Chris, seconded by Ken, all in favour to be recommended to be recommended to full council for ratification.6)
6) Bank Reconciliation both Accounts – November/December 2024- Hilary signed the Bank Reconciliation for Nov/Dec 2024. Proposed by James, seconded by Hilary, all in favour to be recommended to Full Council for ratification.

7) Amendments to Financial Reg’s- Councillors agreed to the amendments recommended by the RFO. Proposed by Ken, seconded by James, all in favour to be recommended to full council for ratification.
8) Interim Audit Arrangements- Due to circumstances out of the Council’s control it has become necessary to engage with district council for advice/assistance to carry out the interim audit of the Parish Council, for the year 2024/25

9) Pools Project- All works must be completed and invoices received from the contractor by the end of January 2025. The Parish Council can then pay the balance and claim back the payments as per the terms of the grant agreement. An additional payment of £1000.00 to erect bike stands on the new car park was agreed in principle, to be recommended to full council for ratification.

10) Budget 2025/26/ Earmarked Reserves- Deferred
11) VAT Partial Exemption- Deferred
12) Tennants Leases- The Clerk to contact and arrange a meeting with the solicitors
13) Date of the next meeting- the 10th of February 2025
14) Closure- 9.15pm
