1.) Apologies- Councillors Chris Steel and Hilary Southern
2.) Declarations of Interest- None
3.) Minutes of the last Meeting the 15th of April- Proposed by Adrian, seconded by Warren, all in favour that the minutes were a true and accurate record.
4.) Schedule of Payments – May 2024 – Proposed by Ken, seconded by Adrian, all in favour to recommend the schedule of payments to full council for ratification, all in favour.
5.) Income and Expenditure report – April 2024 Proposed by Adrian, seconded by Ken, all in favour to recommend the schedule of payments to full council for ratification, all in favour.
6.) Income and Expenditure report Year End 2024 -Proposed by Warren, seconded by Adrian, all in favour to recommend to full council for ratification.
7.) Bank Reconciliation both Accounts – April 2024- Proposed by Ken, seconded by Warren, all in favour to recommend to full council for ratification.
8.) Year End Report- Proposed by Warren, Seconded by Adrian, all in favour.
9.) AGAR- Noted, add to full council agenda for approval.
10.) Financial Regulations – Increase spend Limit- members agreed the changes, item to be added to full council Agenda for ratification.
11.) Valuation Request- Community Centre -The Clerk and RFO to complete and return before the deadline on the 12th of June.
12.) VAT Partial Exemption- stay on agenda.
13.) Land Titles-deferred, awaiting instruction from the Council’s Solicitor.
14.) Date of the next meeting-the 10th of June 2024.
15.) Closure- 20.12
