Exclusion of Public and Press, to exclude the press and public during consideration of the item set out in Agenda item number 5
on the grounds that it might involve the disclosure of exempt information as set out in paragraph 1 of part 1 of schedule 12a to the local government act, 1972.

Public Participation- None

Agenda

1. Apologies- Cllr Steve Porter

2. Declarations of Interest- Cllr Gill Kelly declared an interest in the Budget, Kelly Tots Nursery rent.

3. Preliminary Budget discussion- 4-year forecast- The Chairman briefly ran through the 4-year Budget forecast, members to consider the possibility of lowering the Precept for 22/23. It was suggested that the clerk contacts the RFO for guidance. Item to stay on the agenda for discussion at the Full council meeting on Monday 13th December.

4. Appointment of additional trustee to Bushbury Trust. The Council were unanimous in the appointment of Councillor Hilary Southern to become the new trustee for the Bushbury Trust.

5. HR Matters.
Councillors were advised of current matters the Clerk to report finalised details at the next Council Meeting on Monday the 13th December 2021.
