Present- Councillors Chris Steel (Chairman) Hilary Southern, Steve Porter, Adrian Nicklin, Winston Haddon, Thelma Mattison, Susan Sheldon, James Parker, Ken Moseley

Also Present- Louise Tipler (Clerk) Kate Roberts (RFO)

• Apologies- Gill Kelly
• To consider updating the current year Budget- Councillors resolved to update the current year budget. Proposed by Chris, Seconded by Hilary, all in favour.
• To consider the Budget for the financial year 2023-24- Councillors discussed the revised Budget and resolved the following changes.

Broad Lane Playing fields increased to £8.5k Including £1500.00 for benches.

Westcroft Playing Area increased to £6850.00.

High Hill Remembrance Garden decreased to £1000.00.

Land at High Hill Increased to £10,000.00

Millennium Stone Increased to £1500.00

Proposed by Chris, Seconded by Ken, all in favour.

• To consider the Precept for 2023-24- Councillors resolved that the Precept is set at £146,061 for the financial year 2023/24- All in favour.

• To consider movement to or from Earmarked Reserves– Councillors approved the suggested movements to and from the EMR as set out, pending the amendment of £1500.00 Memorial Benches x 2 Broad Lane.6)
