Pools Sub-Committee held on Wednesday 2nd of April in the Council Chamber at 7.00pm.

1. Apologies – None
2. Declarations of Interest – None
3. Minutes of last meeting 4th September 2023 – Proposed by Chris, seconded by Bob
4. Matters Arising – Contractor is cutting the grass
5. Permits – Permits purchased in March 2025 were agreed for 12 months to March 2026. Clubmate up and running with no queries.
6. Fish Stocking/New Fish – New stock in the winter season, stay on agenda
7. Gate Locking Up – Summertime lockup time is 8pm. Rota required
8. Bailiffs Report – Notice board needs updating
9. Vandalism – WF to speak to Contractor regarding a bridge and path to help prevent vandalism
10. Tidy Up – Sally’s bed, gravel to be dispersed, hire chipper to for wood and sleepers, tidy up the brooks. Arrange date & time for tidying up on a Saturday morning.
11. LNR – Water drone is a priority, protect fields from housing development.
