who had an opportunity to put forward any questions or concerns during the scheduled Q & A session with Visitor/Representative James Jamieson

Following the Q & A Council were unable to continue with the agenda and the meeting was cancelled due to not having enough members in attendance to be quorate. The meeting will now be held on the 17th of February 2025.
