1.) Apologies- Hilary Southern and Ken Moseley
2.) Declarations of Interest- None
3.) Minutes of the last Meeting the 11th of March 2024- Proposed by Chris, Seconded by Warren, all in favour.
4.) Schedule of Payments – April 2024- Proposed by Adrian Seconded by Chris, to recommend to full Council for ratification, all in favour.
5.) Income and Expenditure- March 2024- Proposed by Warren Seconded by Chris, to recommend to full Council for ratification, all in favour.
6.) Bank Reconciliation both Accounts – March 2024- Proposed by Adrian Seconded by Chris, to recommend to full Council for ratification, all in favour.
7.) VAT Partial Exemption- Stay on Agenda, Council reviewed VAT notice 749 and considered partial exemption limits of part 8. Council to look at a different approach to how VAT is checked and recorded in the new financial year.
8.) Land Titles- Chris to chase up with the Councils’ solicitor.
9.) Date of the next meeting- 20th of May 2024.
10.) Closure- 20.45pm
