Extraordinary Full Council Meeting held on Wednesday the 2nd of August 2023 @ 6.30 pm in the Council Chamber.

 

Public and Press are welcome to attend- No members of the Public or Press were in attendance.

Present: Councillor’s Chris Steel, Hilary Southern, Adrian Nicklin, Gill Kelly, James Parker, Ken Moseley, and Warren Fisher.

Also Present: Louise Tipler, Clerk

  1. Apologies- Councillor’s Steve Porter, Thelma Mattison & Susan Sheldon.
  2. Declarations of Interest- Gill declared a non-pecuniary interest in item 4 on the agenda.
  3. Financial Regulations- amendments to be considered as set out on separate sheet. Councillors were all in favour of the amendment to regulation 11 Contracts to add VII For works to be executed that by resolution of Full Council has been identified as an urgent Health & Safety or Environmental risk to property persons or livestock.
  4. To review and ratify ECC Car park works Quotation – One way system. Councillors discussed 2x Quotations it was resolved that Quotation 2 was the preferred option. To be carried out in 3 stages.
  5. Schedule of Payments- August 2023. Councillors noted the schedule of payments.
