Public Participation- None
1. Appointment of Chairman- due to the current chairman resigning from Parish Council it was discussed that Chris Steel becomes Chair of the Pools Committee from his previous position as Vice-Chair and that James Parker steps into the Vice-Chair position. Proposed by Adrian, Seconded by Hilary, All in Favour.
2.Apologies- Gill & Winston.
3.Declarations of Interest- None
4.Minutes of the last meeting- Proposed by Hilary, Seconded by Steve, All in Favour.
5.Matters Arising-None
6.Correspondence- The bailiff has been asked why the rules of use state that bait boats may not be used the chairman advised that this was probably a County Council ruling and not that of the Parish Council. The chairman will check the lease to confirm.
7.Clubmate-Update – No changes to discuss

8.Health and Safety – (Site Users) a risk assessment for site users needs developing. Nuisance trees were also mentioned. Deferred to the next Agenda.
9.Environment Agency- Site Visit Update- Deferred
10.Purchase of water monitoring equipment- Equipment due to arrive this week. Clerk to advise Bailiffs once the monitor arrives.
11.Locks- Bailiffs asked if there’s a possibility that the Pools gate locks could be changed to avoid so many having a key however, the locks are supplied by County Council who need access it is unclear if Parish can supply their own, Chairman to make enquiries.

12.Fishing Pegs- Repairs-a Lengthy discussion was had, concluded that a few of the members visit a site that had plastic pegs in place and make further enquiries into other types of pegs. Members were unanimous in their decision to concentrate on developing the use and safety the disability Pegs in the first instance.
13. BDAA Grant- Deferred
14. Additional Bins- Have now been supplied and fixed.
15. Bailiffs/Pools Occasionals- Nothing to add

17. Supplies for necessary repairs- None currently
18. Severn Trent Land- Deferred
19.Pools Overgrowth- Rear of Buttermere- Update- Deferred
