Finance Sub-Committee Meeting held on Monday the 9th August 2021 @ 6.30pm

Councillors-Chris Steel, Warren Fisher, Hilary Souther, Gill Kelly. (David Lester, arrived as the
meeting closed)

1. Apologies- Cllr Lester- (Joined the meeting later than scheduled @7.30 due to work
commitments)

3. Minutes of the last meeting-Proposed by Chris Steel, Seconded by Hilary Southern-All in
favour.
3. Bank balances as of 31st July 2021-
Resolved: Bank balance noted
4. Reconciliations as of 31st July 2021-
Deferred: due to errors found in the accounting system- Acting Clerk and Finance
Committee Chairman to address in due course.
5. Summary of payments to be recommended to Council.
Resolved: Payments as listed to be recommended to full council for approval
6. Summary of Income for month of July.
Resolved: Monthly Income noted
7. Quarter 1 Spend against budget Deferred: to the next finance meeting (6th September)
8 Internal audit report – Follow up on actions from last meeting.
Deferred: Due to Councillor absence
9.Additional Bank Account – Follow up on actions from last meeting.
Resolved: Council to make further enquiries with other Banks
