Minutes Maintenance Sub- Committee Meeting to be held in the CC Hall 3rd August 2021@ 7pm.

2.Review notes (see attached) and actions from meeting held on 30th June.
The Sub Committee is planning to approve quotations for the following projects for Full PC ratification.
a) 1911 window replacements GK & CS Ratified max Spend of £2000.00 Sub Committee to recommend to Full Council subject to confirmation from Ashmore Glass that Council accept their quotation of £1490.00 plus VAT.
b) Tree survey- Proposed by Cllr Steel, seconded by Cllr Gill Kelly a recommendation to Full Council to accept the quotation from Morfe Valley of £450.00 VAT- All in Favour
c) New locking system- Proposed by Cllr Chris Steel, seconded by Cllr Hilary Southern, a recommendation to Full Council to accept the quotation from Shropshire Lock of £4657.00 Plus VAT once Budgetary funds are confirmed – All in Favour
d) CCTV-Deferred
e) Emergency & Security Doors (Corridor & Chemist) Proposed by Cllr Steel, Seconded by Cllr Haddon a recommendation to Full Council to accept the quotation from Shropshire Lock OF £8460.00 Plus VAT to supply and fit Emergency Exit door inc ramp to Corridor and Security Exit Door to Pharmacy.
MD installations to move existing fire alarm and relocate £495.00 plus VAT.

3. To walk the CC to recognise areas that need to be maintained or improved. Deferred due to weather conditions
4. From walk round create a forward work plan- deferred to the next meeting
5. Pre-set Meeting Dates for remaining 2021- Tuesday 28th September 10.30 Community Centre.
6. Closure- 20.20 pm
